Reflections in brass

I'd have to say I have a unique relationship with brass. I play in the low brass section of my band for fun, and at work I engrave brass plaques, which really isn't that much fun at all. It's teadious and difficult, but I am starting to appreciate it. I do like the sense of accomplishment I get from completing an engraving, with the perfect depth, a clean paint-fill, and a perfectly polished surface with no dings or scratches. This is not unlike the sense of accomplishment I get from mastering a difficult horn part. So anyway, I noticed some cool reflections in a hunk of brass yesterday, and thought I would take some pictures of it. I've added them to the Evil Signtist Image Gallery .
